卡孕栓协同催产素预防剖宫产术后出血的临床研究

目的:观察卡孕栓协同催产素用于预防剖宫产术后出血的效果。方法:选择842例剖宫产者,随机分为卡孕栓协同催产素组,催产素组。前者在胎儿娩出后,宫体注射催产素20IU,并于术毕肛门放置卡孕栓1 mg;后者仅于娩出胎儿后宫体注射催产素20 IU,比较两组术中及术后24 h内出血量。结果:术中及术后24 h平均出血量,卡孕栓协同催产素组为272±49.6 ml,催产素组356±60.3 ml。两者比较,差异有着显著性(P<0.01)。结论:卡孕栓协同催产素组能有效地预防剖宫产术后出血,并且有方便、快速、安全的特点。

Clinical study on reducing postpartum bleeding in cesarean section by methyl carprost suppository and oxytocin

Objective: To observe the effects of methyl carprost suppository and oxytocin on reducing postpartum bleeding in cesarean section. Methods:842 cesarean section were divided into two groups: Methyl carprost suppository and oxytocin group (group A) and oxytocin group (group B). The two groups were given 20 IU oxytocin into uterine muscle after delivery baby, and the group A was given methyl carprost suppository tents via the rectum after cesarean section. The amount of bleeding within 24 hours after delivery for the two groups was measured. Results: The amount of bleeding within 24 hours after delivery in the group A was 272±49. 6 ml, the group B was 356±60. 3ml. The difference between two groups was significant (P<0. 01). Conclusion: Methyl carprost suppository is convenient, safe, effective and less expensive in reducing and preventing the postpartum bleeding.
