蝎毒活性多肽对大鼠肠系膜微循环的影响

摘    要:目的 :研究蝎毒活性多肽对大鼠肠系膜微循环的影响。方法 :Dextran(分子量 480 0 0 0 ) 60 0mg/kg静脉注射制备大鼠肠系膜急性微循环障碍 (AMD)模型 ,采用活体微循环法观察肠系膜微循环细动、静脉血流速度 (ABFV ,VBFV)、血流状态 (BFS)、血管口径 (AD、VD)的变化。结果 :SVAPs 0 .0 7mg/kg、Nif 0 .0 5mg/kg静注可使ABFV增大各为 1 1 %、1 2 .3% ,VBFV则为 1 2 .5 %、1 2 .6% ,BFS改善 ,AD增加 2 0 %、36.8% ,VD增加 1 1 .7%、2 8% ,CN增多 ,静注SVAPs可明显逆转AMD。结论 :SVAPs可明显改善肠系膜微循环 ,并对Dextran诱导的AMD具有拮抗作用。

Abstract:To study the effects of scorpion venom active peptide s on mesenteric microcirculation of rats.Method: Acute microcirculation disturbance(AMD) was produced by highmolecular weight dextran(Mr 480,000,360 mg·kg -1 ,iv).Arteriole and ven ule blood flow velocity and diameter(ABFV,VBFV,AD,VD)and blood flow state(BFS) were obser ved by intravital microcirculation method.Results: SVAPs 0.07 mg·kg -1 ,Nif 0.05 mg·kg -1 iv,ha d the significant increase of 11%,12.3% of ABFV and 12.5%,12.6% of VBFV respect ively,the marked improvement of bfs,and the distinctive increase of 20%,36.8% of AD and 11.7%,28% of VD separately,and got a raise in the number of capillaries.Conclusion: Iv SVAPs can improve the mesenteric microcirculation of rats significantly which produce marked protection againist AMD induced by h igh molecular weight dextran.
