硫酸镁治疗妊高征患者血浆内皮素变化的研究

为探讨妊高征患者应用硫酸镁治疗对血浆内皮素浓度的影响，采用放射免疫法测定30例妊高征孕妇应用硫酸镁治疗前、后血浆内皮素的水平。结果发现妊高征患者，尤其是重度病例治疗前后血浆内皮素浓度降低明显，具有极显著差异（P＜0．01）。提示镁缺乏是妊高证体内离子紊乱的基础。镁还可以减少内皮细胞分泌ET，促进血管内皮修复，对妊高征的治疗起到积极的治疗作用。

Study on Endotheline Levels of Plasma before and after Magnesium Sulfate Treatment in Patient with Pregnancy Induced Hypertension

In order to study the effects of magnesium sulfate on the changes in plasma levels of endotheline (Et) in the patients with pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH), the changes in plasma levels of Et in 30 patients with PIH were determined by using radioimmunoassay (RIA) before and after magnesium sulfate respectively. The results showed that the levels of ET in plasma in PIH patients after treatment of magnesium sulfate were decreased significantly, especially in the serious cases (P<0. 01 ). It was suggested that the lack of magnesium was the basis of the ironic disorder in PIH patients. Magnesium can decrease the secretion of ET of the endothelium cells and promote the endothelialization of the blood vessels, which had active therapeutic effects on PIH.
