社会心理干预对精神分裂症认知功能的影响

目的:探讨社会心理干预对精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响。方法:收集精神分裂症患者120例,分成氯丙嗪、氯氮平、利培酮、奥氮平及奎硫平等药物治疗组,每一组又分为单纯药物治疗组(单纯药物组)和社会心理综合干预治疗组(综合治疗组)。在治疗6个月和12个月时采用威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)中正确数(W1)和持续错误数(W2)以及持续操作测验(CPT)中错误数(C1)和漏报数(C2)等指标评定认知功能。结果:治疗6个月及12个月时,综合治疗组W1均显著高于单纯药物组、W2均显著低于单纯药物组;综合治疗组C1、C2均显著低于单纯药物组,尤以服用第二代抗精神病药治疗组更为显著。结论:社会心理干预能改善精神分裂症患者认知功能。

Effect of social and psychological intervention in cognitive function in schizophrenia

Objective:To explore the effect of social and psychological intervention in cognitive function in schizophrenia.Method:To collect 120 patients with schizophrenia and divided them into five groups according to their antipsychotics taken,that is,group of chlorpromazine,clozapine,resperidone,olanzapine and quetinpine.Each group above was re-divided into two subgroups,antipsychotic only(simple antipsychotics group)and antipsychotic combined with social and psychological intervention(complex treated group).All patients took Wisconsin card sorting test(WCST)to evaluate the right responses(W1)and persistent error responses(W2)and,took continuous performance test(CPT)to evaluate error numbers(C1)and missing numbers(C2)after 6 and 12 months.Results:W1 and W2 in patients of complex treated group were significantly higher and lower respectively,than that in simple antipsychotics group,and both C1 and C2 in complex treated group markedly lower than that in simple antipsychotics group after 6 and 12 months,especially in those groups treated by second generation antipsychotics.Conclusion:Social and psychological intervention can improve cognitive function in schizophrenia.
