磺达肝癸钠联合替罗非班治疗急性冠脉综合征的效果观察

目的：观察磺达肝癸钠联合盐酸替罗非班治疗急性冠脉综合征的临床效果及安全性。方法收集急性冠脉综合征患者289例，其中观察组147例给予磺达肝癸钠（2.5 mg皮下注射，1次/d，3~5 d），对照组142例给予依诺肝素（60 mg皮下注射，1次/d，3~5 d），两组同时联合应用盐酸替罗非班，观察出血及临床效果、心脏恶性事件等情况。结果两组住院期间MACE（死亡、心肌梗死、顽固性心肌缺血、靶血管重建术）的发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。对照组重度出血、轻度出血、血小板减少的发生率明显高于观察组（P〈0.05）。结论磺达肝癸钠联合替罗非班治疗急性冠脉综合征效果显著、出血风险小，是安全、有效的。

Effect observation of fondaparinux sodium combined with enoxaprin treating acate coronary syndrome

Asbtract] Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of fondaparinux sodium combined with enoxaprin treat-ing acate coronary syndrome （ACS）. Methods 289 patients with ACS were randomly divided into the observation group （n=147） and the control group （n=142）.The observation group received subsutaneous injection of fondaparinux 2.5 mg, once a day,for 3-5 days,the cotrol group received subsutaneous injection of enoxaparin 60 mg, once a day,for 3-5 days. The two groups were combined with the application of tirofiban hydiochloride.The inctdence of bleeding,the clinical ef-fect and cardiovascular events were observed. Rusluts There was no statistical difference of the incidence rate of MACE （death,myocardial infarction,refractory myocardial ischemia,target vessel revascularization） in the two groups （P〉0.05）. The incidence rate of severe hemorrhage,mild bleeding and thrombocytopenia in the control group was signifi-cantly higher than those in the observation group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of fondaparinux combined with tirofiban hydrochloride treating ACS is significant,and it is safe and effective with smaller bleeding risk.
