七氟烷复合瑞芬太尼在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的麻醉效果

目的：探讨七氟烷复合瑞芬太尼在腹腔镜胆囊切除术麻醉中的应用效果。方法抽取本院进行腹腔镜胆囊切除术麻醉的68例患者作为研究对象，经患者同意后，随机分为研究组与对照组，每组各34例，对照组给予丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼麻醉，研究组给予七氟烷复合瑞芬太尼进行麻醉，比较两组患者的麻醉效果。结果对照组患者总显效22例，占64.71%；研究组总显效33例，占97.06%；两组麻醉过程顺利，麻醉诱导效果好，研究组患者的苏醒和拔管时间比对照组短，研究组患者的拔管后即刻Steward苏醒评分比对照组高。结论在腹腔镜胆囊切除手术中使用七氟烷复合瑞芬太尼麻醉，效果较为可靠，同时具备镇痛速度快、苏醒速度较快的特点，麻醉效果明显优于丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼，值得推广。

Anesthetic effect of sevoflurane combining with remifentanil in laparo-scopic cholecystectomy

Objective To explore the application effect of sevoflurane combining with remifentanil as anesthesia in la-paroscopic cholecystectomy. Methods Sixty-eight anesthetic patients for laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital were selected as research objects.After patients’ agreements,they were evenly divided into research group and control group in random.In the control group,propofol combining with remifentanil as anesthetic was provided,while in the re-search group,sevoflurane with remifentanil was selected as anesthetic.The anesthetic effect in the two groups was com-pared and analyzed. Results The control group were 22 cases in excellent effect accounting for 64.71%.In the research group,33 cases in excellent effect,and took 97.06%.The anesthetic process went successfully and inductive effect of anesthesia was satisfactory in both groups.The time of revival and tube drawing in the research group were shorter in comparison with those in the control group.The instant Steward revival score after extubation in the research group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion In laparoscopic cholecystectomy,anesthetic effect of sevoflurane com-bining with remifentanil is reliable and has the characteristics of being fast in analgesia and revival.Its anesthetic effect is remarkably superior to that by propofol with remifentanil,which is worthy of expansion.
