| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨急性血运性肠梗阻的CT影像特征。方法对15例经外科手术或经数字减影血管造影（DSA）证实且CT影像资料完整的急性血运性肠梗阻患者进行回顾性分析。结果15例患者均行64排螺旋CT平扫及血管成像,CT影像诊断均为急性血运性肠梗阻。结论急性血运性肠梗阻的CT影像表现有其特征性,CT血管成像所见肠系膜血管栓塞或狭窄是其最直接、最可靠的征象,对明确诊断有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the CT imaging characteristics of acute intestinal obstruction of blood circulation. Methods 15 cases with acute intestinal obstruction of blood circulation confirmed by surgical operation or by digital subtraction angiography （DSA） and patients having complete CT imaging data were retrospectively analyzed. Results 64 slice spiral CT scan and angiography was conducted in 15 patients,and CT imaging diagnosis were acute intestinal obstruction of blood circulation. Conclusion CT imaging findings of acute intestinal obstruction of blood circulation are characteristic,mesenteric vascular occlusion or stenosis seen in CT angiography finding is the most direct and reliable signs having important significance for the exact diagnosis. |
