妇产科择期手术患者心理护理的效果观察

目的：探讨妇产科择期手术患者心理护理实施后的临床效果。方法选取本院2012年1月~2013年12月妇产科择期手术患者72例为研究对象,依据临床护理方法的不同分为两组,各36例,观察组采用心理护理干预,对照组采用常规手术护理,观察和分析两组的护理效果。结果观察组的术前状态焦虑指数高于对照组,术前10 min血压低于对照组,术前10 min心率快于对照组,术后恢复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论心理护理有助于妇产科择期手术患者顺利进行手术治疗,消除焦虑情绪,达到最佳状态,值得临床推广应用。

Effect observation of psychological nursing on selective operation patients in department of gynecology and obstetrics

Objective To explore the clinical effect of psychological nursing on selective operation patients in depart-ment of gynecology and obstetrics. Methods Seventy-two cases of selective operation patients admitted into the depart-ment of gynecology and obstetrics from January 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital were chosen as research ob-jects.According to different psychological nursing methods,they were evenly divided into two groups,each group of 36 cases.Psychological nursing intervention was used in observation group and regular operation nursing was used in con-trol group.The nursing effect in two groups was observed and analysed. Results Preoperative state anxiety index in ob-servation group was higher than that in control group,preoperative 10 min blood pressure in observation group was low-er than that in control group,preoperative 10 min heart rate in observation group was faster than that in control group, postoperative recovery time in observation group was shorter than that in control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing is beneficial to smooth surgical treatment in selective operation patients in de-partment of gynecology and obstetrics.It removes anxious emotion and achieves an optimal condition,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
