胆总管切开取石术一期缝合与T管引流的对比研究

目的：比较胆总管切开取石术一期缝合与T管引流的临床疗效。方法将本院收治的胆总管结石患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组术后进行一期缝合，对照组术后进行T管引流，比较两组的术中出血量、手术时间、术后排气时间、手术并发症、住院时间等。结果治疗后，两组的术中出血量、手术时间、手术并发症比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）；观察组的术后排气时间、住院时间短于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论胆总管切开取石术后一期缝合与T管引流比较，能够缩短住院时间，且不增加手术并发症，具有良好的的临床效果，值得推广应用。

A comparative study of primary suture and T tube drainage in choledo-cholithotomy

Objective To compare the clinical curative effect of primary suture and T tube drainage in choledo-cholithotomy. Methods Patients with choledocholithiasis in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group received primary suture after surgery,and the control group received T tube drainage after surgery.The amount of bleeding during surgery,surgery time,postoperative exhaust time,surgery complication and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,there was no statistical difference of amount of bleeding during the surgery,surgery time,and surgery complication in the two groups （P〉0.05）;postoperative exhaust time,hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with T tube drainage,primary suture after choledocholithotomy helps shorten hospitalization time and prevent surgery complication from increasing, which has a favourable clinical effect and is worthy of promotion and application.
