吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果观察

目的：探讨吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果。方法选取本院2011年10月~2013年10月诊治的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者42例，根据随机数字表法将患者随机分为两组，每组各21例。对照组采用多西紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗，观察组采用吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗，比较两组的治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果观察组的总有效率、疾病控制率均高于对照组，但差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。观察组的肾功能受损、肝功能受损、脱发、肌肉关节疼痛、皮疹、腹泻的发生率均低于对照组，但差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）；观察组白细胞减少、血红蛋白减少、血小板减少、恶心呕吐的发生率均明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论吉西他滨联合顺铂是治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的有效方法，可明显改善患者的预后，临床效果显著，不良反应少，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect observation of gemcitabine combined with cisplatin in treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer

Objective To investigate clinical effect of gemcitabine combined with cisplatin in treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer. Methods 42 patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer were selected in our hospi-tal from October 2011 to October 2013 and they were randomly divided into the two groups according to the random number table method,and there were 21 cases in each group.The control group was treated with docetaxel combined with cisplatin ,while the observation group was treated with gemcitabine combined with cisplatin.Treatment effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Total effective rate and disease control rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,but there was no statistical difference of the two groups （P〉0.05）.Incidence rate of impaired renal function,impaired liver function,alopecia,muscle joint pain,rash,diarrhea in the observation group were lower than those the control group,but there was no statistical difference of the two groups （P〉0.05）;incidence rate of decreased leucopenia,decreased hemoglobin,decreased thrombocytopenia,nausea and vomiting in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and there was a statistical difference of the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Gemcitabine combined with cisplatin are effective method in treatment of ad-vanced non small cell lung cancer,which can significantly improve prognosis of patients.Gemcitabine combined with cisplatin have significant clinical effect,which has less adverse reaction and high safety.It is worthy of clinical promo-tion and application.
