腹腔镜下直肠癌前侧切除术治疗直肠癌的效果观察

目的：观察腹腔镜下直肠癌前侧切除术治疗直肠癌的效果。方法选取本院2010年5月~2011年5月收治的64例直肠癌患者，依照就诊编号将其随机分为观察组与对照组，各32例，对照组接受传统开腹治疗，观察组接受腹腔镜下直肠癌前侧切除手术治疗，观察并对比两组的临床疗效、并发症发生情况和术后3年存活率。结果观察组总有效率达93.8%，对照组总有效率为78.1%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；观察组术中出血量〉60 ml发生率显著低于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组（P〈0.01）；两组并发症发生率、3年生存率和复发扩散率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对直肠癌患者实施腹腔镜下直肠癌前侧切除手术治疗效果显著，术后并发症发生率较低，能显著提升患者3年存活率，值得临床推广应用。

Effect observation of laparoscopic resection of the front part of rectal car-cinoma in the treatment of rectal carcinoma

Objective To observe the curative effect of laparoscopic resection of the front part of rectal carcinoma in the treatment of rectal carcinoma. Methods 64 patients with rectal carcinoma who admitted to our hospital from May 2010 to May 2011 were selected and randomly allocated to two groups based on patients’ admission order,with 32 pa-tients in the observation group and 32 patients in the control group.The control group received conventional laparotomy, and the observation group received laparoscopic resection of the front part of rectal carcinoma.Clinical curative effect, incidence of complication and postoperative 3-year survival rate in two groups was observed and compared respective-ly. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.8%,and that in the control group was 78.1%,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of intraoperative blood loss greater than 60 ml in observation group was lower than that in control group,intraoperative blood loss in observation group was less than that in control group （P〈0.01）.The incidence rate of complication,3-year survival rate and recurrence of diffusivity in two groups was compared respectively,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic resection of the front part of rectal carcinoma in the treatment of rectal carcinoma has a significant curative effect,lower postoperative incidence rate of complication and can significantly improve patients’3-year survival rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
