奥美拉唑与阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性消化性溃疡的效果观察

目的：探讨奥美拉唑、阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星三联治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性消化性溃疡的效果。方法选取本院2010年1月~2014年1月收治的128例幽门螺杆菌相关性消化性溃疡患者，将其随机分为两组，每组各64例。观察组采用奥美拉唑、阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星三联疗法治疗，对照组采用雷贝拉唑、阿莫西林和甲硝唑片三联疗法治疗，观察两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组的总有效率为95.31%，明显高于对照组的71.88%（P〈0.05）；观察组的不良反应率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论奥美拉唑、阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星三联治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性消化性溃疡，可以有效提高治疗效果，降低不良反应发生率，安全、有效，值得临床推广应用。

Effect observation of omeprazole,azithromycin and levofloxacin treating Helicobacter pylori infection-associated peptic ulcer

Objective To discuss the effect of omeprazole,azithromycin and levofloxacin treating Helicobacter pylori in-fection-associated peptic ulcer. Methods 128 patients with Helicobacter pylori infection-associated peptic ulcer in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2014 were selected and they were divided into the two groups,there were 64 cas-es in each group.The observation group was administered omeprazole,azithromycin and levofloxacin,and the control group was treated with rabeprazole,amoxicillin and metronidazole.The clinical treatment effect was observed between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group （95.31%） was obviously higher than that in the control group （71.88%）（P〈0.05）;the incidence rate of adverse reaction in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The triple therapy of omeprazole,azithromycin and levofloxacin treating Helicobacter pylori infection-associated peptic ulcer can effectively improve the treatment effect and reduce the inci-dence rate of adverse reaction.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
