胰岛素粉雾剂与注射剂治疗2型糖尿病的效果分析

目的：探讨胰岛素粉雾剂治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法选取2012年1月~2014年4月本院收治的120例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象，将患者随机分成观察组与对照组，每组各60例。对照组患者给予胰岛素注射剂皮下注射治疗，观察组患者给予胰岛素粉雾剂吸入治疗，比较两组患者的血糖控制及不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白水平较对照组均明显下降，低血糖反应的发生率也明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论胰岛素粉雾剂治疗2型糖尿病不仅能够有效控制患者血糖水平，提高临床效果，还能有效降低低血糖反应的发生率，提高临床治疗的安全性，是临床治疗2型糖尿病的有效药物，值得临床推广应用。

The effect analysis of insulin powder inhalation and injection treating type 2 diabetes

Objective To explore the clinical effect of insulin powder inhalation treating type 2 diabetes. Methods 120 pa-tients with type 2 diabetes treated in our hospital from January 2012 to April 2014 were selected as subjects and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group.In the control group,pa-tients were treated with subcutaneous injections of insulin treatment,while the observation group,patients were treated with inhaled insulin powder inhalation.Blood glucose control and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared be-tween the two groups. Results The level of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin of patients in the observation group had significantly decreased compared with the control group,and the in-cidence rate of hypoglycemia reaction of patients in the observation group was also significantly lower than that in the control group. The clinical efficacy of the observation group were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Insulin powder inhalation and injection treating type 2 diabetes not only can effectively control blood sugar levels in patients and improve clinical efficacy,but also can effectively reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia reactions, improve the clinical safety of the treatment,and insulin powder inhalation is an effective drug in clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
