母乳鼻饲对缺血缺氧性脑病新生儿的营养支持作用

目的：探讨母乳鼻饲对轻、中度缺血缺氧性脑病（HIE）新生儿的营养支持作用。方法选择本院2012年6月~2013年12月收治的轻、中度HIE新生儿84例，全部患儿随机分为研究组和对照组，两组患儿均给予常规治疗，研究组在上述治疗基础上进行母乳鼻饲，对照组患儿进行配方奶经口喂养，喂养1周后采静脉血检测患者血总蛋白、白蛋白、血尿素氮、血胆红素水平，记录患儿住院时间，并统计住院期间患儿并发症发生情况。结果研究组的血总蛋白、白蛋白水平明显高于对照组，血尿素氮、胆红素水平明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；研究组的住院时间明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）；研究组的肺炎及败血症发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05），两组均未见应激性溃疡或出血性小肠炎发生。结论母乳鼻饲对HIE新生儿的营养支持作用较好，能满足机体营养需求，并且耐受性较好，值得推广应用。

Nutritional support role of breast milk nasogastric feeding for neonate with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy

Objective To investigate nutritional support role of breast milk nasogastric feeding for neonate with hypox-ic-ischemic encephalopathy（HIE）. Methods 84 cases of newborns with mild to moderate HIE in our hospital from June 2012 to December 2013 were selected and randomly divided into research group and control group,conventional treat-ment was used in two groups,on the basis,research group was given breast milk nasogastric feeding,control group was given infant formulas feeding,after one week feeding,the total protein,albumin,blood urea nitrogen,serum bilirubin level of patients were detected,hospitalization of children and complication occurred during hospitalization were recorded. Results After one week of feeding,total protein,albumin level of research group was significantly higher than that of control group,blood urea nitrogen,bilirubin level of research group was significantly lower than that of control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Hospitalization time of research group was significantly shorter than that in control group （P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of pneumonia and sepsis in research group was significantly lower than that in control group respectively（P〈0.05）,no stress ulcer or bleeding enteritis occurred in two groups. Conclusion The nutritional sup-port role of breast milk nasogastric feeding for neonate with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy is better,it is able to meet the body’s nutritional needs,and the tolerance of newborn is well,it is worthy of promotion and application.
