右美托咪定在全身麻醉中的应用价值

目的：探讨右美托咪定在全身麻醉中的应用价值。方法随机选取76例择期手术患者，分为研究组与对照组，每组各38例，研究组给予右美托咪定麻醉，对照组采用生理盐水辅助全身麻醉，10 min后输注丙泊酚、芬太尼进行全身麻醉诱导。结果研究组的丙泊酚、芬太尼用量均少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；研究组在T1、T3时刻时的MAP、HR明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；研究组的不良反应发生率为5.26%，明显低于对照组的21.05%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论右美托咪定在全身麻醉中的镇静、镇痛效果明显，有利于稳定血流动力学，安全可靠，值得推广。

Clinical value of dexmedetomidine in general anesthesia

Objective To explore the clinical value of dexmedetomidine in general anesthesia. Methods 76 patients selected operation were randomly divided into research group and control group,each group of 38 cases.The research group was anesthesia by dexmedetomidine,the control group was anesthesia by physiological saline auxiliary general anesthesia.Intravenous infusion of propofol fentanyl after 10 min to carry on the induction of general anesthesia. Re-sults The dosage of propofol and fentanyl in the research group were lower than the control group （P〈0.05）.The MAP, HR in the time T1,T3 in the research group were lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）.The adverse effects rate of the research group （5.26%） was lower than the control group （21.05%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the general anesthe-sia,dexmedetomidine can sedation and analgesia,it can conducive to stable hemodynamics,safety.It is value to promotion.
