护理干预对心脑内科住院患者睡眠质量的影响

目的：探讨护理干预对心脑内科住院患者睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2012年10月～2014年3月本院收治的62例心脑内科住院患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，每组31例，对照组实施心脑内科常规护理及健康教育，研究组在对照组基础上实施综合护理，比较两组护理前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）积分及护理前后PSQI≤7分情况。结果护理1、2周后研究组及对照组PSQI评分均降低，研究组护理1、2周PSQI积分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。护理1、2周后研究组及对照组PSQI≤7分的患者比例均升高，研究组护理1、2周PSQI≤7分的患者比例（56.1%、73.17%）高于对照组（39.02%、41.46%），差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论心脑内科住院患者通过实施护理干预措施能使睡眠情况得到有效改善，对患者的康复具有积极的意义。

The influence of nursing intervention on the sleep quality of patients hos-pitalized in the Cardiocerebral Department

Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on the sleep quality of patients hospitalized in the Cardiocerebral Department. Methods 62 cases of patients admitted and treated in our hospital and hospitalized in the Cardiocerebral Department from October 2012 to March 2014 were selected and assigned to study group and control group according to the random number table with 31 cases in each group.The control group were given with routine nursing and health education in the Cardiocerebral Department,while the study group were added with comprehen sive nursing on the basis of the control group.Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale （PSQI） score and PSQI≤7 before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results Both the study group and the control group had decreased PSQI score at week 1 and week 2 after nursing.The study group had lower PSQI score at week 1 and week 2 after nursing than the control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Both the study group and the control group had increased ratio of patients with PSQI≤7 at week 1 and week 2 after nursing.The study group （56.1%,73.17%） had higher ratio of patients with PSQI≤7 at week 1 and week 2 after nursing than the control group （39.02%,41.46%）,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing interventions can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients hospitalized in the Cardiocerebral Department with positive meaning for patient rehabilitation.
