蒙脱石散联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗小儿秋季腹泻的效果分析

目的：观察及分析蒙脱石散联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床效果。方法选择86例小儿秋季腹泻患儿随机分为对照组和观察组，各43例，两组均给予吸氧、镇静、补液，纠正水电解质平衡紊乱治疗，对照组给予利巴韦林10～15 mg/（kg·d）静脉滴注，观察组在对照组的基础上给予蒙脱石散和双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片口服治疗。结果对照组总有效率为79.1%，观察组总有效率为95.3%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论蒙脱石散联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗小儿秋季腹泻效果显著。

Effect analysis of montmorillonite powder combined with live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets in the treatment of infantile au-tumn diarrhea

Objective To observe and analyse the clinical effect of montmorillonite powder combined with live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets in the treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea. Methods 86 cases of children with infantile autumn diarrhea were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 43 cases in each group.Oxygen,sedation,fluid infusion,correcting water and electrolyte balance disorder were used in two groups.The control group were given intravenous infusion of 10-15 mg/（kg·d）,intravenous infusion,the observation group received montmorillonite powder and live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets on the basis of control group. Results The total effective rate of control group was 79.1%,total effective rate of observation group was 95.3%,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of montmorillonite powder combined with live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets in the treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea is significant.
