大柴胡汤加减对急性胰腺炎腹腔感染后发热的临床研究

目的：观察大柴胡汤加减对急性胰腺炎腹腔感染后发热的临床效果。方法将40例急性胰腺炎合并腹腔感染引起发热的患者随机分为两组，每组各20例，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予大柴胡汤加减治疗，对照组在常规治疗的基础上给予新癀片治疗，观察两组治疗前后对体温变化的影响。结果治疗组患者的总有效率为85%，明显高于对照组的65%（P〈0.05），治疗组降至体温正常后到下一次发热维持时间为（42.34±2.36）h，对照组为（27.45±2.15）h，治疗组患者的维持时间明显长于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论大柴胡汤加减治疗急性胰腺炎腹腔感染后引起的发热效果显著，值得临床推广使用。

Clinical study of Dachaihu decoction in the treatment of fever caused by acute pancreatitis-induced abdominal infection

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Dachaihu decoction in the treatment of fever caused by acute pancreatitis-induced abdominal infection. Methods 40 patients with fever caused by acute pancreatitis-induced ab-dominal infection were randomly divided into two groups,20 cases in each group.The treatment group received Dachaihu decoction treated based on the regular treatment,and the control group received xinhuang tablets treate based on the regular treatment.The effects on changes of body temperature before and after the treatment in the two groups were ob-served. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 85%,significantly higher than that of 65% in the control group （P〈0.05）.The average hold time from body temperature back to normal to the next fever was （42.34±2.36） h in the treatment group and （27.45±2.15） h in the control group.The hold time in the treatment group was significantly longer than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Dachaihu de-coction in the treatment of fever caused by acute pancreatitis-induced abdominal infection has a significant curative effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
