摘    要:目的:为鉴别山茱萸果实不同部位药材和川鄂山茱萸之间的区别提供依据。方法:用氯仿、石油醚、无水乙醇三种常用溶剂做提取液,提取物用紫外光谱法测定。结果:山茱萸果皮与山茱萸果实的紫外光谱十分近似,但与川鄂山茱萸区别。结论:石油醚样品溶液紫外光谱区别川鄂山茱萸和山茱萸最为有效。

Abstract:Objective: To identify the difference of the different part of fruit between Cornus officinale and Cornus chinensis. Methods; Use chloroform, petroleum ether and absolute alcohol as extract, and set out the extractive with UV spectrum. Results: It is very similar between the peel and fruit of Cornus, but it has some difference from Cornus chinensis. Conclusion:The most effective method to identify the Cornus officinale and Cornus chinensis is the petroleum ether sample solution with UV spectrum.
