丙酸培氯米松定量雾化吸入对支气管哮喘的治疗作用

目的观察丙酸培氯米松雾化吸入对支气管哮喘患者的治疗作用。方法将31例患者随机分成丙酸培氯米松治疗组(A组)和沙丁胺醇治疗组(B组),A组吸入丙酸培氯米松雾化剂,每日二次,每次400μg;B组吸入沙丁胺醇雾化剂,每日二次,每次200μg。二组疗程均为一月,分别检查治疗前后的肺功能指标。结果治疗后,A组肺功能有显著增加,B组肺功能无明显变化。结论吸入糖皮质激素治疗哮喘,疗效可靠,副作用少,值得推广;吸入B2受体激动剂可改善哮喘症状,但不提倡规律或频繁地使用。

Curative effect of using rational aerosol inhalant beclomethasone to cure asthma

Objective To survey the curative effect of using rational aerosol inhalant beclomethasone to cure asthma.Methods Thirty-one asthma patients were divided into two groups at random: control group and treatment group. The treatment group used beclomethasone inhaler 400 ug inhalant twice a day. Both groups had a one-month period of treatment. The functional index of the lung after the treatment were measured compared with the index gained before the treatment Results After the therapy, the treatment group had significant improvement in the pulmonary functions, while the control group had no remarkable changes.Conclusion The treatment of using rational beclomethasone aerosol inhalant has reliable effects with fewer side effects, while the treatment of using salbutamol aerosol inhalant can change to some extent the symptoms of the asthma patients. The latter may not be recommended for the regular or frequent use.
