异甘草酸镁治疗慢性重型乙型肝炎的临床疗效观察

目的探讨异甘草酸镁在治疗慢性重型乙型肝炎中的作用。方法选择血压正常,肝功能明显异常（合并胆红素增高）的慢性重型乙型肝炎患者100例,随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予异甘草酸镁150 mg,对照组给予甘草酸苷120 mg,均以5%葡萄糖（糖尿病患者应用0.9%氯化钠）注射液250 ml稀释后静脉滴注,1次/d,治疗4周。结果治疗组患者丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、γ-谷氨酰基转肽酶（GGT）、总胆红素（TBil）的好转程度均明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）;治疗组乏力、腹胀、食欲差等不适症状改善率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论与甘草酸苷比较,异甘草酸镁可以快速、有效地减轻慢性重度乙型肝炎的乏力、腹胀、食欲差等不适症状,并改善肝功能各项指标,可作为慢性重型乙型肝炎患者的选择药物。

Efficacy of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate in the treatment of chronic severe hepatitis B

Objective To study the effects of Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate in the treatment of chronic severe hepatitis B.Methods A total of 100 patients of chronic severe hepatitis B with unusual liver function,increased bilirubin and normal blood pressure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group was given Magnesium 150mg Isoglycyrrhizinate,control group was given 120mg Glycyrrhizin diluted with 250ml of 5% glucose injection（0.9% sodium chloride was used for diabetic patients） intravenously once per day for 4 weeks.Results Results All patients completed 4 weeks of treatment.Alanine aminotransferase（ALT）,？íglutamyl transferase（GGT）,serum total bilirubin（Tbil） in treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group（P 0.01）.The improvement of abdominal disten-sion and poor appetite symptoms in the treatment group were obviously better than the control group（P 0.05）.Conclu-sion Compared with Glycyrrhizin,Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate can quickly and effectively relieve fatigue,abdominal distension,poor appetite of chronic severe hepatitis B,and improve liver function.Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate can be a good choice in the treatment of patients with chronic severe hepatitis B.
