醒脑静注射液治疗急性脑梗死伴意识障碍的疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察醒脑静注射液治疗急性脑梗死伴意识障碍患者的临床疗效。方法:将106例患者随机分为2组,对照组(50例)采用常规脱水剂、阿司匹林及丹参注射液治疗,治疗组(56例)在对照组治疗基础上加用醒脑静注射液静脉滴注,疗程14d。观察2组格拉斯哥昏迷(GCS)评分、美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、内皮素(ET)和血清一氧化氮(NO)的变化。结果:2组治疗后的GCS和NIHSS评分均优于治疗前(P<0.05),且评分的分值在2组间均有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗14d后GCS评分和21d后NIHSS评分的改善程度均优于对照组(差值分别为5.58±1.87比6.62±1.67和-4.50±1.29比-5.42±1.67,均P<0.05);经14d治疗,2组ET浓度较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),血清NO浓度较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),组间比较亦有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗的基础上加用醒脑静注射液可显著影响脑梗死患者ET的下降幅度及NO的上升水平,提高GCS评分,促进患者的意识功能恢复,进一步降低脑梗死患者神经功能缺损的NIHSS评分,改善患者的神经功能,使急性脑梗死伴意识障碍的疗效更好。
