窄谱中波紫外线联合药物综合治疗老年带状疱疹疗效观察

目的观察窄谱中波紫外线联合泼尼松和阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法将87例发病在4d内的老年带状疱疹患者随机分为两组,观察组用窄谱中波紫外线照射联合泼尼松和阿昔洛韦治疗,对照组仅用阿昔洛韦治疗。14d为1个疗程,观察治疗效果,并进行3个月以上随访。结果观察组皮疹愈合及水疱结痂、脱痂时间,神经痛缓解时间均短于对照组（P〈0.01）;观察组总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组后遗神经痛发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论窄谱中波紫外线照射联合泼尼松和阿昔洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹能缩短病程,提高疗效,减少后遗神经痛的发生率。

Observation on clinical efficacy of narrow band UVB combined with drug in the treatment of elderly patients with herpes zoster

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of narrow-band Ultraviolet radiation combined with prednisone and acy-clovir in treatment of patients with herpes zoster.Methods 87 elderly patients who suffered from herpes zoster for 4 days were random-ly divided into two groups.The observation group was treated with narrow-band ultraviolet radiation combined with prednisone and acy-clovir,while the control group with only acyclovir.The efficacy was observed 14 days after treatment and the follow-up was carried out for more than 3 months.Results The rash and blisters heal scab,decrustation time and neuralgia remission time in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P < 0.01).The recovery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.01)while the rate of occurrence of neuralgia in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion Narrow-band ultraviolet radiation combined with prednisone and acyclovir in the treatment of senior patients with herpes zoster can shorten the course of the disease,improve efficacy and reduce the occurrence of neuralgia.
