| 摘 要： | 目的对军队医院的军队患者和地方患者急性单纯性阑尾炎的住院费用进行比较分析,为病种的费用管理提供指导。方法以2000年～2007年入院的急性单纯性阑尾炎患者为研究对象,对军地患者的原始病案资料进行统计分析。结果军队患者和地方患者急性单纯性阑尾炎的住院费用均呈逐年增长趋势,军队患者的住院日明显高于地方患者(P=0.002),地方住院患者的人均住院费用明显高于军队患者(P<0.001)。结论医院应该加快军队住院患者的周转。控制地方住院患者的不合理的收费项目。
