糖尿病患者行为改变对疾病控制状况的影响

目的探讨糖尿病患者行为改变对疾病控制效果的影响。方法将60例糖尿病患者随机分为A、B两组,每组各30例,A组进行一般性健康教育,B组运用护理干预手段对患者血糖自我监测、饮食控制、规律运动、药物治疗等进行行为改变训练。结果B组患者遵医率与A组间比较有明显的统计学意义,即P<0.01;B组患者的空腹血糖、餐后血糖和糖化血红蛋白的值明显低于A组。结论通过对糖尿病患者施以经常性、系统化行为改变训练,能提高糖尿病患者遵医率,更有效地改善糖代谢、减少并发症的发生和发展,降低了费用,而且提高了患者的生命质量。

Behavioral Changes in Diabetic Patients on the Impact of Disease Control Situation

Objective To explore the behavioral changes in patients with diabetes on disease control effects. Methods 60 cases of diabetic patients will be randomly divided into A, B ,each group has 30 cases. A general health education group, B group by means of the use of nursing intervention in patients with blood glucose self-monitoring, diet control, regular exercise, medication such as behavioral change training. Results Group B patients the rate of compliance compared with the A group has a clear statistical significance, P〈0.01; B group of patients with fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin value was significantly lower than A group. Conclusions Patients with diabetes through regular exercise, a systematic change in behavior training, can improve compliance rates of diabetes, more effective in improving glucose metabolism, reduce the occurrence and development of complications, reduce costs, and improve patient quality of life.
