肺癌支气管动脉灌注化疗的初步探讨：附58例分析

本文报道我院1988年始对58例确诊的晚期肺癌病人,进行74次例支气管动脉灌注顺氨氯铂、丝裂霉素化疗,灌注后症状均有不同程度减轻,胸痛好转,咯血停止,胸水吸收。肿瘤缩小有47例,占80.48％。主要优点:(1)直接将抗癌药注人癌体中,使肿瘤局部药物浓度增高,作用时间延长;(2)化疗时间短,灌注4—6小时后即可下床:(3)副作用小;(4)和手术并用可防止转移。

A PRELIMINARY STUDY OF PERFUS1NG-CHEMOTHERAPY INTO BRONCHIAL ARTERIES FOR PULMONARY CANCER

58 cases of late pulmonary cancer were perfused CDDP and Mitomycin into, bronchial arteries 74 case times in our hospital from 1988 to 1991. After perfusing-chemotherapy, the patients' symptoms were alleviated in varying degrees, such as thoraxache being moderated, haem ptysis being stopped, pleural effusion being absorbed. The mass of cancer became smaller seen in 47 cases 80.48% ); The major advantages of perfusing-chemotherapy are; ( 1 )To perfuse anti-cancer drugs directly into the mass of cancer and then the drugs concentrat'ng in the cancer regions and acting for a long time; ( 2 ) Period of chemotherapy is short; ( 3 ) Side effects are rtductd; (4) Coordination with surgical operation may prevent cancer cells from metas tasizing.
