| 摘 要： | 通过对肾移植后存活超过１年的１６４例患者中４１例移植肾失功或死亡的原因分析，并总结存活３年以上者的资料，认为慢排斥反应（ＣＲ）是影响移植肾长期存活的主要因素，合理应用免疫抑制剂，ＨＬＡ配型，加强出院患者的管理和长期随访等对改善肾移植的远期效果有得要的意义。

| Abstract: | patients suffered from transplant failure or died after 1 year of renal transplantation. The analysis of the cases Proved that chronic rejection is the major factor of influencing long-term survival of graft kibey. Rational utilization of immunosuppressive drugs, HLA matching, strengthening treatment and examination of discharge from hospital are important for improving longterm survival effect of renal transportation. |
