| 摘 要： | 采用组织培养和和单层细胞培养两种方法对ＳＤ大鼠的胰腺进行培养。在培养过程中，培养液上清中免疫活性胰岛素含量均处于较高水平，培养１５天后不仅其胞内胰岛素含量分别为＞８００ｎｇ／４０ｍｇ组织和＞８００ｎｇ／１０＾７个细胞，而且所得的胰岛细胞对葡萄糖刺激具有灵敏的应答能力。

| Abstract: | The tissue culture and the single layer cell culture techniques for SD rat pancreatic islets were studied.During 15 days of incubation,the insulin concentrations in supernate were high and the concentrations in islets were>800ng/40mg tissue and>800ng/107 cells respectively.The response to glucose of the islet cells abtained after incubation was sensitive.Amylase in supernate were difficult to be detected after 11 days of tissue culture or 5days of single layer cell culture.The results indicated that we could obtaine the islets with uigorous response and insulin synthesis by both tissue and single layer cell culture techiques. |
