| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心动超声上室壁运动异常与完全性左束支传导阻滞(LBBB)的相关性及临床意义.方法对16例心电图诊断为LBBB的病例与心动超声检查对照分析.结果 16例心电图完全性左束支传导阻滞(LBBB)患者,在超声心动图上显示有左室壁运动异常14例(14/16.87%),表现为:室间隔与左室后壁矛盾运动.结论表明完全性左束支传导阻滞(LBBB)与超声心动左室壁运动异常相关性良好.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the correlation and clinical importance between ventricular wall motion abnormality on ultrasonography and complete left ventricular bundle branch block(LBBB)in ECG. Methods We analysed and compared 16 patients with LBBB on ECG and their ultrasonograms.Results Sixteen patients with complete LBBB on ECG had left ventricular motion abnormality in 14 patients(14/16,87%).The manifestations were:Paradoxical movements were present between the interventricular septum and LV posterior wall.Conclusions There was good correlation between LBBB and LV wall moveent abnormality in ultraso nograms. |
