摘    要:目的探讨多聚酶链反应(PCR)检测患者淋球菌(NG)、人乳头病毒(HPV)、结核杆菌(TB)、乙肝病毒(HBV)、肺炎支原体(PM)、疱疹病毒(HSV)、非淋菌性尿道炎(NGU)的沙眼衣原体(CT)和解脲支原体(MU)的临床意义。方法采用FQ-PCR方法检测临床上拟诊断为淋球菌感染(淋病)、尖锐湿疣、结核、支原体肺炎、非淋菌性尿道炎患者的沙眼衣原体(CT)和解脲支原体(MU)的970例患者,判断其阳性率。结果NG阳性率38.2%(240/627),HPV阳性率66.O%(70/106),TB阳性率27.7%(20/72),HBV阳性率35.1%(33/94),PM阳性率33.3%(2/6),HSV阳性率20.O%(1/5),MU阳性率12.0%(4/33),CT阳性率22.0%(6/27)。结论FQ-PCR方法具有简便、快速、准确、特异性强等优点,可应用于常见细菌、病毒、衣原体、支原体等疾病的诊断、治疗及疗效观察。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the clinical significances of using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to exam Neisseria gonorrhoeae (NG),human papilloma virus (HPV),tuberculosis bacillus (TB),hepatitis B virus (HBV),pneumonia mycoplasma (PM),herpes simplex virus (HSV),non-gonococcus urethritis (NGU) Chlamydi trachomatis (CT) and Mycoplasma urealytium (MU). Methods By using the FQ-PCR method to examine 970 clinical examples that had been diagnosed as gonococcus infection (gonorrhea),incisive condyloma,tuberculosis,mycoplasma pneumonia,non-gonococcus urethritis patient's blister Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) conciliatory Mycoplasma urealytium (MU). Results The positive rate of NG was 38.2%(240/627),of HPV 66.0%(70/106),of TB 27.7% (20/72),of HBV 35.1% (33/94),of PM 33.3%(2/6),of HSV 20.0% (1/5),of MU 12.0% (4/33),of CT 22.0%(6/27).Conclusion FQ-PCR is easy,rapid,accurate and can be used to examine the common infectious diseases caused by bacterium,virus,chlamydia,mycoplasma and so on.
