腕踝针治疗疼痛及麻木性疾病的疗效观察

目的:对比腕踝针对疼痛及麻木性疾病的临床疗效.方法:将100例疼痛类患者随机分为治疗组(腕踝针组)53例和对照组(常规针刺组)47例,将58例麻木类患者随机分为治疗组(腕踝针组)32例和对照组(常规针刺组)26例.治疗时间均为3天.结果:疼痛类两组总有效率相差不明显,但显效率治疗组为60.38%,对照组仅为29.79%,经统计学处理,P<0.05,差异有显著性意义;麻木类两组比较无明显差异.疼痛类与麻木类相比较,腕踝针对疼痛类显效率为60.38%,对麻木类仅28.13%,经统计学处理,P<0.05,差异有显著性意义.结论:腕踝针治疗疼痛类疾病效果优于常规针刺,治疗疼痛类疾病效果优于麻木类疾病.

Observation on therapeutic effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture on pain and numbness diseases

ObjectiveTo compare clinical therapeutic effects o f wrist-ankle acupuncture on pain and numbness diseases. MethodsOne hundred cases of pain were randomly divided into treatment group (wrist-a nkle acupuncture group, n=53) and control group (routine acupuncture group, n=47). Fifty-eight cases of numbness were randomly divided into treatment g roup (wrist-ankle acupuncture group, n=32) and control group (routine acupu ncture group, n=26). They were treated for 3 days. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups of pain diseases in t he total effective rate, but the markedly effective rate was 60 38% in the trea tment group and 29 79% in the control group with significant difference between the two groups (P<0 05); there was no significant difference between the t wo groups of numbness diseases. The effective rate of wrist-ankle acupuncture o n pain diseases was 60 38% and on numbness diseases was 28 13% with a signific ant difference between the two diseases (P<0 05). ConclusionThe effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture on pain diseases is superior to that o f routine acupuncture, and wrist-ankle acupuncture is effective for numbness di seases. The therapeutic effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture on pain diseases is s uperior to that on numbness diseases.
