不同医疗保健条件下老年代谢综合征患者治疗及达标情况调查

目的调查不同医疗保健条件下,老年代谢综合征患者的治疗及达标情况,为代谢综合征的治疗现状提供基础数据。方法选择干部健康体检筛查出的代谢综合征患者(老干部组)339例及社区老年人健康体检筛查出的代谢综合征患者(社区组)341例。分析2组患者的治疗及达标情况。结果老干部组糖尿病、高血压、血脂异常的治疗率高于社区组,差异有统计学意义(P0.01);老干部组血糖、血压、血脂的总达标率高于社区组,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论老年人代谢综合征的治疗率及达标率有待进一步提高。需加强该人群各项代谢异常的干预,提高患者的依从性与自我管理能力。

The therapeutic status and efficacy of metabolic syndrome in senile patients under different medical care systems

Objective To investigate the therapeutic status and efficacy of metabolic syndrome in senile patients under different medical care systems,in order to provide fundamental information for the treatment of metabolic syndrome.Methods Two groups of senile patients with metabolic syndrome were analysed.One group consisted of 339 veteran cadres and the other included 341 community residents.Results The veteran cadres had higher treatment rate of metabolic syndrome than community residents (P < 0.01);the rates of reaching target levels of blood glucose, blood pressure and blood lipids were higher in veteran cadres than in community residents (P < 0.01).Conclusion The treatment and treatment qualification rates of metabolic syndrome should be improved.The therapy for all metabolic disorders needs to be strengthened and the patients' compliance and self-management ability should be improved.
