| 摘 要： | 目的观察针灸预刺激对阿尔茨海默病（AD）模型大鼠学习记忆能力及海马区组织超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）和一氧化氮合酶（NOS）影响。方法大鼠造模前对有关组别分别施行百会、肾俞穴电针、艾灸和电针加灸处理，各组造模后，应用通道式水迷宫试验观测大鼠学习记忆能力，并采用可见光分光光度计比色分析法测定大鼠海马区SOD和NOS活性的变化。结果经迷宫学习记忆能力测试，预针组、预灸组、预针灸组及假手术组大鼠成绩均好于模型组（P〈0．01）；预针组、预灸组、预针灸组及假手术组大鼠海马区SOD活性比模型组有显著提高（P〈0．01），NOS活性显著降低（P〈0．01）；且各项检测无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论针灸预刺激有增强AD大鼠海马区SOD活性，降低NOS活性，改善AD大鼠的记忆功能障碍的作用。
