胸科手术患者围术期右心功能影响因素的研究进展

Research progress on influencing factors of perioperative right ventricular function in patients undergoing thoracic surgery

The right ventricular function of patients undergoing thoracic surgery may decrease in different degree for different reasons, which may last for several weeks after operation. The decline of right ventricular function in perioperative period is closely related to the development of postoperative right ventricular dysfunction. To avoid right ventricular dysfunction and reduce the incidence of postoperative cardiovascular events has become a hot topic in perioperative medicine. Such perioperative factors as one-lung ventilation, operation mode, analgesia mode, fluid management and so on can affect the right ventricular function. This article briefly reviews the recent research progress on the influencing factors of perioperative right ventricular function in patients undergoing thoracic surgery, in order to better implement enhanced recovery after surgery, effectively protect perioperative right heart function in patients undergoing thoracic surger,provide reference for improving patient outcomes.
