| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨复杂性肾结石手术取石方法。方法 对 38例复杂性肾结石病人 ,采用肾窦内肾盂加肾实质切开取石术。结果 全部病例均取出结石 ,术后肾功能恢复好 ,小结石残留 6例 ,并发漏尿 2例 ,继发出血 1例而行肾切除。结论 本术式操作简单、出血少、对肾功能影响小 ,适合于复杂性肾结石的治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the open operative method in the treatment of renal complex calculi.Methods The data of 38 cases treated with intrasinusal pyelolithotomy and nephrolithotomy were analysed.Results The calculi were removed in all patients whose renal function recovered fully.Small calculi were left over in 6 cases and urine leakage occurred in 2 cases.Nephrectomy was performed in 1 patients with postoperative bleeding.Conclusion The advantages of the procedure are simple,less bleeding and preservation of renal function.This method is suitable for renal complex calculi. |
