| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨以蟾蜍为主的中药在治疗慢性粒细胞白血病-加速期的疗效。方法:63例慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)在进入加速期后,分别用原化疗方案加用以蟾蜍为主中药治疗(A组,n=35)和DA或HA方案化疗(B组,n=28)。结果:A组22例治疗成功,占62.9%;B组21例成功,占75%。两组疗效的差别无统计学意义,P>0.05。两组间副作用的差别有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:以蟾蜍为主的中药对慢性粒细胞白血病-加速期可能有效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the traditional Chinese medicine on chronic myelogenous leukemia-accelerating phase.Method:63 patients with chronic myelogenous leukemia-accelerating phase were treated with original plan and the traditional Chinese medicine(A group,n=35) and B group with DA or HA plan(n=28).Result: The curative rate of the A group was 62.9%;the B group was 75%.The difference of curative rate and uncurative rate in two groups were no statistics significant,P>0.05.The side effect of two groups were significant,P<0.05.Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine may be effective in treating chronic myelogenous leukemia-accelerating phase. |
