| 摘 要： | 目的；研制复方替硝唑凝胶剂并制定质量控制标准。方法：以替硝唑和氯霉素为主药制成凝胶剂，并用双波长法干272.5nm,343.5nm处测定氯霉素的平均回收率分别为102.17%(RSD1.44%)；98.40%(RSD1.47%)。结论：该制剂制备工艺简便，质量控制可行。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the preparation of Tinidazole Compound Gel and set up its quality controlled.Methods:The preparation of Tinidazole Compound Gel containing Tinidazole and Chloromycin.The concentration of Chloromycin was determined by use of Double-Wavelength UV method and the concentration of Tinidazole was also determined by UV at 365nm,which 0 1M NaOH as a solution.Results:The average recoveries of Tinidazole and Chloromycin were 102 17%(RSD 1 44%);98 40%(RSD 1 47%)respectively.Conclusions:The method was simple and reliable. |
