| 摘 要： | 多元文化在护理研究中日益受到重视,从文化的价值和意义两个方面对多元文化护理进行了分析比较,概括出4种文化价值,即更关注病人的精神需求、注重护理文化内涵拓展、尊重病人的文化差异和有效提高病人的满意度;4种文化意义,即有助于确立"人性化关怀"的服务理念、丰富了护理教育与培训内容、促进整体护理深入发展和使护患沟通更加顺畅。

| Abstract: | Multiculture became more and more important in nursing researches. The paper mainly analyzed the value and significance of muhicultural nursing. The four cultural values included more concerns about the spiritual needs of patients, focusing on the development of nursing cultural connotation, respect for cultural differences of patients ,and effectively improving the satisfaction of patients. The four kinds of cultural significance were to contribute the establishment of ＂ humanty care＂ service concept, enrich nursing education and training contents, promote the further development of holistic nursing, and make nurse - patient communication smooth. |
