| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CT引导下经皮穿刺肝囊肿的硬化治疗及进一步提高肝囊肿介入治疗的疗效。方法本组57例患者均在CT引导下经皮穿刺肝囊肿,对于直径<10 cm的用穿刺针直接抽出囊液,直径>10 cm置入引流管引流,然后注入适量无水酒精硬化治疗,术后随访0.5~1年,观察疗效。结果肝囊肿穿刺准确率100%,穿刺囊肿63个,穿刺次数64次,其中16个囊肿置管引流。本组有效率96.5%,其中25例囊肿消失,28例明显缩小,2例轻度缩小,2例治疗失败,均未出现严重的并发症。结论在CT引导下经皮穿刺肝囊肿硬化治疗,定位准确、安全、创伤小、疗效好。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the CT-guided perctuaneous sclerosing therapy on hepatic cyst and further improve the efficacy of interventional treatment.Methods The CT-guided percutaneous hepatic cyst was carried out on 57 cases.Cysts fluid were drawn out directly with the transfixion pin while the diameter is less than 10 cm,whereas they were extracted with catheter while the diameter is greater than 10 cm.After the above steps,the appropriate amount of anhydrous alcohol was injected in the sclerosing treatment... |
