摘    要:目的:探讨雌雄全蝎及不同药用部位的宏量和微量元素含量差异及与药效和毒性的相关性。方法:采用发射光谱法测定雌雄全蝎及不同药用部位中宏量元素Ca、Mg及微量元素Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Pb7种元素的含量。结果:雌雄蝎尾宏量元素Ca、Mg和微量元素Fe,Cu,Zn,Pb均明显低于全蝎和全蝎头部及腹部,其微量元素谱为Fe〉Zn〉Cu〉Mn〉Pb;雄性全蝎Zn含量明显低于雌性全蝎,而其含水量和有毒微量元素P

Abstract:Objective:To study the content difference of macro and micro elements in whole and varied medicinal parts of Scorpion and the correlations between curative effects and toxicities. Methods:The content of macro elements:Ca and Mg, as well as micro elements:Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Pb in Scorpio were analyzed with luminescent spectrum. Results:The contents of Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn and Pb in trail of the female and male Scorpions were obviously lower than that in Scorpion and its head and abdomen. The micro elements spectrum is Fe>Zn>Cu>Mn>Pb. The content of Zn in the male Scorpions was distinctly lower than that in the female Scorpions, but the content Pb and water in the male were higher than that in the female. The content of micro and macro elements in difterent medicinal parts of the male Scorpios also were greatly lower than that in the female. The content of Ca in whole body was 6-8times higher than that reported in docament, and the content of Mg was the same as that reported by the literature.Conclusion:The medical material qualities and micro element contents of whole body of Scorpion and its different medicinal parts are superior to the male Scorpion. The nalgesic effect and toxicity of trail are not associated with the contents of macro and micro elements.
