| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨高压氧治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效，总结高压氧治疗的护理经验。方法102例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为两组，高压氧综合治疗组52例，对照组50例，综合组在原药物治疗的基础上加用高压氧治疗及其特殊护理。结果 52例冠心病心绞痛患者经高压氧治疗后，症状缓解，总有效率94．23％，与对照组比较，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论 高压氧治疗提高了冠心病心绞痛的治愈率，缩短了疗程。

| Abstract: | objective: TO explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) treatment for patients with coronary heart disease (CHD), and sum up nursing experience of HBO treatment. Methods: 102 Cases of CHD were randomly allocated to two groups, one group (n=52) was treated with HBO and combined with routine medicine treatment, the other group (n=50) only with routine medicine. Results: The symptoms of 52cases with CHD was alleviated after HBO treatment, The total effective rate was 94.23%. The difference between two group is significant (P<0.005). Conclusion: HBO treatment can improve the effective rate, and reduce the course of treatment in patients with CHD. |
