| 摘 要： | 仅含BH3区域蛋白(BH3-onlyproteins,BOPs)及Bax均属于Bcl-2蛋白家族,其功能为调整细胞凋亡,不同的仅含BH3区域蛋白受不同的机制调节。二者功能的改变与多种疾病的发生有关,现就仅含BH3区域蛋白的作用机制、功能调节及二者在疾病防治中的作用简要综述。

| Abstract: | BH3-only proteins and Bax are members of Bcl-2 family, their functions are to regulate cell apoptosis. Different BOPs are regulated by different mechanism. The change of their function are correlated with the occurrence of various diseases. Here we summarize many aspects of BOPs in its mechanism of action, function regulation and the role of BOPs and Bax in disease prevention. |
