| 摘 要： | 为观察犬急性心肌缺血时冠状动脉内心电图的变化,采用心导管技术,通过留置在阻塞血管远端的导丝记录６条犬血栓形成前后的冠状动脉内心电图改变,并与体表心电图作比较。结果表明冠状动脉血栓形成时冠状动脉内心电网的ＳＴ段、Ｔ波和Ｕ波改变比体表心电图更迅速、明明显。提示本法是监测急性心肌缺血的敏感方法。

| Abstract: | To observe changes in intracoronary electrocardiogram during acute myocardial ischemia in experimental canine,intracoronary ECG before and after coronary thrombosis was performed on six experimental canines by catheterization with a piece of wire put in distal side of occluded vessel before thrombosis and was compared with body surface ECG.Results showed that ST segments,T wave and U wave of intracoronary ECG changed more rapidly and more obviously than those of body surface electrocandiogram.Authors maintain that intracoronary ECG is a sensitive method for defection of acute myocardial ischemia. |
