摘    要:目的:本文合成了聚合氯化铝(PAC)与市售PAC进行絮凝效果及性能的对比。方法:以来源广泛的高岭石为原料采用一步酸溶法,正交设计确定最佳合成条件,合成了PAC。结果:对自制PAC进行性能测试.盐基度为83.45%,符合我国规定要达到50%以上的要求。结论;以处理黄河水及生活污水的化学需氧量(COD)去除率和去浊率为指标在投药量相同的条件下对自制PAC与市售PAC进行絮凝效果及性能的对比,从中可看出自制PAC其效果优于市售PAC,尤其表现在去浊率上。

Abstract:Objective:The paper contrasts flocculation with property between the synthesis polyaluminium chloride(PAC) and sold PAC.Methods:The PAC is obtained by acid reacting raw material with orthogonal design and is tested.Results:The salt ratio degree of PAC is 83.45% that accords with our country law is more than 50%.Conclusion: Treated the Yellow River water and life waste water by removing chemical oxygen demand(COD) and muddy we contrast the synthesis PAC with sold PAC.The synthesis PAC is better than sold PAC used the same condition and the same offer amount.
