血府逐瘀汤对不稳定型心绞痛患者血管内皮功能的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤对不稳定型心绞痛患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法:50例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为血府逐瘀汤组32例和对照组18例。对照组予以常规治疗;血府逐瘀汤组在常规治疗的基础上加服血府逐瘀汤,两组均用药8周。分别采用放射免疫法、酶法、酶联免疫吸附测定法检测血清内皮素(endothelin,ET)、一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)、可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1(soluble vascular cell adhesionmolecule-1,sVCAM-1)及可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1,sICAM-1)含量的变化。结果:血府逐瘀汤组总有效率为93.75%,明显优于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05)。血府逐瘀汤组血清ET、sVCAM-1及sICAM-1的水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.01),血清NO的水平则高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:血府逐瘀汤可以通过降低缩血管因子水平、提高舒血管因子水平及减少细胞黏附分子的途径,改善血管内皮的功能从而提高对不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the effects of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction(XFZYD) on functions of vascular endothelium in patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods: Fifty patients with UAP were randomly divided into two groups: XFZYD-treated group with 32 cases and control group with 18 cases.The patients in the control group were given regular therapy,while the patients in the XFZYD-treated group were given XFZYD additionally on the basis of regular therapy.All patients in both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Then the contents of serum endothelin(ET),nitric oxide(NO),soluble vascular cell adhesive molecule-1(sVCAM-1) and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1) were examined by radioimmunoassay,enzymic method and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) respectively.Results: The total response rate in the XFZYD-treated group was 93.75%,which was significantly higher than 66.67% in the control group(P<0.05).The contents of serum ET,sVCAM-1 and sICAM-1 in the XFZYD-treated group were much lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),while the content of serum NO was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: XFZYD can improve the functions of vascular endothelium by lowering the levels of endothelium-(derived) contracting substances,enhancing the levels of(endothelium-)(derived) relaxing substances,and reducing the cell adhesions,and hence to raise the therapeutic effects on UAP.
