In the introduction of the topic mentioned above,this article strengthens the different grade of toxicities of anthracyclines resulted from its different usage The preliminary experience of 47 cases(73 chemotherapuetic cycles)who received doxorubicin of 96-hour infusion time schedule,circadian time schedule and their corresponding nursing care are discussed. Another key point in relation to the conversion rate of dose of each anthracycline based on the approximative equal cardiotoxity is introduced,so that one can expect safely how much recommended maxium cumulative dose left when changing from one anthracycline agent to another.
