| 摘 要： | 目的:观察粉防己碱以不同方式给药后在小鼠体内血药浓度的变化.方法:采取灌胃和外敷两种给药方式,高效液相色谱法测定不同时项点的血药浓度.结果:两种给药途径药时曲线均呈双峰.结论:粉防己碱的异常分布可能是造成双峰形成的原因.

| Abstract: | AIM: To survey the change of tetrandrine concentration in blood in mice after it was given through differ ways. METHODS: Two ways of drug given intragastral and usum externum were adopted, and the blood concentration of tetrandrine was detected by high performance liquid chromatography. RESULTS: We found there were two peaks in the concentration time curves in the 2 ways. CONCLUSION: The distribution of tetrandrine may lead to the phenomena of double peaks. |
