UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪与尿液干化学分析仪联合运用在判断尿路感染诊断中的价值探讨

摘    要:目的:研究UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪细菌及白细胞,尿液干化学分析仪亚硝酸盐及白细胞与尿培养结果的一致性。方法:用无菌容器收集中段尿标本,分别作尿培养、干化学及尿沉渣分析。结果:亚硝酸盐和白细胞对泌尿系感染判断的灵敏度和特异度分别为31.21%,98.35%和77.27%,74.22%;尿沉渣分析细菌计数对泌尿系感染的判断灵敏度为72.22%,特异度为84.58%。多项目联合检测可提高特异性和阳性预测值。结论:UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪与尿液干化学分析仪单独运用均不能准确预见尿培养结果,但综合两者结果并利用其特异性和阳性预期值高的特点可对检验结果可疑的标本进行筛选,以提高尿路感染的检出率。但存在一定的假阴性和假阳性,故仍不可替代细菌培养。

Abstract:Objective:To study the consistency of UF-1000i urinary sediment analyzer and urine dry chemistry analyzer in diagnosis of urinary infection.Methods:Specimens of midstream urine were collected in sterile container for urine culture,dry chemistry analysis and urinary sediment analysis.Results:In diagnosis of urine tract infection,the sensitivity and specificity of nitrite were 31.21% and 98.35%,while those of leukocyte were 77.27% and 74.22%,those of urine sediment analysis were 72.22% and 84.58%.Multi-project joint detection can improve the specificity and positive predictive value.Conclusion:Single application of UF-1000i urinary sediment analyzer and urine dry chemistry analyzer cannot predict the urine culture results accurately,but combination of the two can be used for screening of suspicious specimens to improve the detection rate of urine tract infection.However,there were still some false negative and false positive cases,so bacterial culture is irreplaceable.
