健脾消积汤治疗小儿厌食症临床观察

目的:观察健脾消积汤治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法:选择符合诊断标准的患儿随机分为治疗组40例,对照组40例。治疗组口服健脾消积汤,对照组口服多酶片,葡萄糖酸锌口服液。两组均连用4周。治疗前后观察两组患儿临床症状及食欲变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率92.50%,对照组总有效率77.50%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:健脾消积汤治疗小儿厌食症疗效确切。

Clinical observation on treating infantile fastidium with the Jianpi Xiaoji decoction

Objective:To observe the effect of treating infantile fastidium with the Jianpi Xiaoji decoction. Methods:Children that meet the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each group. Treatment group was treated with the Jianpi Xiaoji decoction, the control group was given multienzyme and zinc gluconate oral solution. Both groups treatment for 4 weeks, to observe clinical symptoms and appetite changes of the two groups. Result:The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.50%, and the total effficiency of control group was 77.50%, the clinical effect of treatment group was better (P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of treating infantile fastidium with the Jianpi Xiaoji decoction was exact.
