中西医结合分期整体治疗脑梗死瘀证伴偏瘫临床研究

目的:探讨中西医结合分期整体治疗脑梗死瘀证伴偏瘫临床疗效。方法:随机选取在我院治疗的脑梗死瘀证伴偏瘫患者120例平均分为对照组和观察组。两组均使用中西医结合治疗,观察组增加分期整体治疗。治疗后对比两组的治疗效果等指标。结果:治疗后观察组中医病类诊断计分与神经功能缺损评分显著降低,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义,P0.05;观察组临床疗效高于对照组,差异显著,P0.05。结论:中西医结合分期整体治疗脑梗死瘀证伴偏瘫临床疗效显著,减少并发症发生。

Clinical study of treating cerebral infarction stasis syndrome with hemiplegia in the integrative medicine

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of integrative medicine on treating cerebral infarction and hemiparalysis. Methods: Randomly selected 120 cerebral infarction and hemiparalysis patients treated in our hospital and randomly divided them into the control group and observation group. Two groups were both treated in the integrative, the observation group increased staging overall treatment. Comparing the clinic effect and other indicators of the two groups. Results: TCM diagnostic score and neural function defect score of the observation group decreased significantly, compared with the control group, the differences was significant, P<0.05;clinical curative effect of the observation group is higher than that of the control group, with significant difference, P<0.05. Conclusions: Integrative medicine in treating cerebral infarction and hemiparalysis has clinical curative effect, it can reduce the complications.
